Production Time

Custom-made products have an estimated production time of approximately 20 business days from the date of order confirmation and receipt of payment. This time is necessary to ensure the highest quality and attention to every detail.

Important Considerations

• The 20-day timeframe refers only to the manufacturing process and does not include shipping time, which will depend on the destination and the selected delivery method.

• During periods of high demand, the production time may be extended. If this occurs, we will contact you to keep you informed.

• If your order includes both custom-made and standard products, the shipment will be made when all items are ready, unless otherwise agreed.
