Returns and Exchanges Policy

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return for any item within 48 hours of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.

• To start the return process, contact us at hello@inmadelariva.com or through our contact form, including your order number and the reason for the return.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product has defects or we have made a shipping error.

• We do not accept returns for personalized products, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
